JARED JOSEPH, Assistant Conductor, directs Apprentice Choir and assists Legacy, Tour Choir, and Concert Choir. He is also Assistant Conductor for the Colorado Symphony Chorus and sings baritone. Previously, he served as the Vocal Music Director at Washington High School in Ohio, where he directed the choirs, annual musicals, and taught electives such as adaptive music for differently-abled students. In summer 2023, Jared had the honor of experiencing the intensive Chorus America Conducting Academy as a Choral-Orchestral Fellow. Since 2021, he has been on the Organization of American Kodály Educators National Conference Choir Committee and has prepared 55 Chorale singers to perform in these national honor choirs over the past two years. Jared has earned degrees from Capital University (Master of Music in Music Education with Kodály certification, including studies at the Zoltán Kodály Institute in Kecskemét, Hungary) and Otterbein University (Bachelor of Music Education).
